Traditional pneumatic jetting systems suffer from air compressibility, which introduces significant volumetric variation and delay. The Apj3000 Piezo Valve utilizes an advanced stack piezoelectric actuator. When an electric charge is applied, the piezo crystal lattice undergoes instantaneous physical deformation, generating immense force and highly controlled mechanical displacement.
This displacement is leveraged via a balanced mechanical amplification lever to strike the fluid needle against a tungsten carbide seat. The result is a non-contact jetting mechanism capable of flying dot dispensing. By eliminating the Z-axis mechanical motion required by traditional contact valves, processing speeds increase by up to 300%.
Additionally, the integrated heating unit allows control over non-Newtonian fluid viscosities. By heating the valve block to precise levels (up to 120°C), complex compounds such as silver adhesives, epoxy underfills, and hot melts are easily optimized for rapid jetting.

It supports viscosities ranging from 1 to 2,000,000 mPa·s, provided the correct nozzle configuration and heating accessories are used.
