The V6500 is a premium pneumatic jetting valve system engineered for ultra-fast, non-contact dispensing of low to medium viscosity fluids. With its advanced air-controlled mechanism and intelligent controller, this system delivers exceptional precision for high-volume production environments.
The V-6500 (Version 2) is a non-contact jet dispensing valve for controlled-flow, high-speed dispensing of a wide range of adhesives such as surface mount adhesives, conductive silver pastes, IC encapsulants, underfill adhesives, sealants, and surface coatings. It can dispense into confined spaces as small as 100 microns and can also dispense accurately and precisely in a given location at weights down to 0.01 milligrams.
In conjunction with automated dispensing platforms, the V-6500 (Version 2) Jet Valve maximizes the cost-effectiveness of dispensing in the electronics packaging, lighting, energy, life science and technology industries, as well as in other applications that require high-precision, high-efficiency, and space-constrained applications.
